Biography
Dr. Chizimuzo Okoli, PhD, MPH, RN is an Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky and Director of Tobacco Treatment and Evidence Based Practice at Eastern State Hospital (Psychiatric Facility), and a consultant for the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. His research focuses on evidence-based tobacco treatment for vulnerable populations.
