Biography
Zaheera Chatra has been a stop smoking specialist for over twelve years and has worked in Birmingham, Leicester and Leicestershire. She has wide experience of engaging with primary care and is the lead for various projects which include smokeless tobacco, training and GP stop smoking provision. The smokeless tobacco project included collaborating with Queen Mary University London. As a training lead she is in charge of programme content and delivery to all participants wanting advanced advisor skills training. Her engagement work with GPs has proven to be very successful with the development and introduction of a new system referral template.
