Cecilia Farren South West ASH and GASP Consultancy, Bristol
Biography
Cecilia Farren has worked as a tobacco control activist for 35 years working at local, national and international levels for the NHS and NGOs. She founded GASP as a pressure group in 1980 and this evolved into a tobacco control resources and consultancy supplier.
She also set up and chairs South West ASH. Despite being an ageing ‘enfant terrible’ Cecilia was awarded membership of the Faculty of Public Health for her achievements in tobacco control.
