Biography
Stephen is the North West Tobacco Control Co-ordinator Prisons and Criminal Justice Settings based in the Healthy Settings Development Unit within the School of Health at the University of Central Lancashire.
Previous to this Stephen was the Assistant Director for the Anglia Heart and Stroke network leading on the strategic development of stroke services. He has an extensive background in the field of public health having held the posts of Assistant Director and Delivery Programme Manager for the Cumbria and Lancashire Public health networks. Before joining the network Stephen was the Sexual health Network Lead for Cumbria and Lancashire.
Michelle is the Intervention Manager for the Regional Tobacco Control Co-ordinator Prisons and Criminal Justice Settings. Michelle is also the Lead for the Target Wellbeing Pan Regional Prisons Programme: health, Inclusion and Citizenship and also, Research and Development Coordinator for the Healthy Settings Development Unit at the University of Central Lancashire.
Previously Michelle has provided the North West regional strategic and programme lead on healthy prisons development and co-ordinated the North West Regional Healthy Prisons Partnership Network, in addition to delivering generic work for the Healthy Settings Development Unit, working across settings and contributing to research, training and consultancy.
