Abstract
Blackpool has a phenomenally high rate of Smoking At Time Of Delivery (SATOD), 35.5%. An independent consultant has been investigating this over the past six months. This presentation will unravel the complex issues which are believed to be the major contributory factors to effective commissioning and impact on the SATOD rate.
