from Cochrane reviews
Lindsay Stead, Kate Hey, Tim Lancaster
Abstract
1 Description of the Cochrane Collaboration and
the
systematic review methodology used by the Tobacco
Addiction Group.
2 Practical demonstration of reviews in the Cochrane
Library.
3 Overview of main findings from Cochrane Reviews
relating
to smoking cessation.
4 Discussion of practical implications of the
findings on
effective interventions.
5 Brainstorming on whether there are questions
that are
not answered by Cochrane reviews that could be addressed
in future updates of existing reviews, or by new reviews.
